Cardiovascular Health and Fitness: Running a 1.0 mile in under 8:00 minutes.

Dear Future Member,

Welcome to The Rwabutaza Health & Fitness Club‘s 2022 Spring Season Training. The 12 Week Spring Season Training Program begins on Monday, March 21, 2022 until Friday, June 17, 2022. Our mission is to improve and optimize your cardiovascular health and fitness, body mass index and body fat index through healthy meal plans, physical exercise workouts, rest and healthy lifestyle.

From 6:00 pm sharp to 7:00 pm sharp every Monday to Friday, we will run a 1.0 mile outdoors as a primary cardiovascular health and fitness workout program. The objective is to optimize your cardiovascular health and fitness by improving your 1.00 mile running time to under 8:00 minutes. Each member will begin and progress according to his or her fitness level, abilities and target goals.

When you join the Rwabutaza Health and Fitness Club, we first measure and record your Body Mass Index (BMI), your Body Fat Index and Cardiovascular Health and Fitness, then your statistics are monitored along with other members’ statistics in a table of standings on the members-only web portal, and then each member sees one’s own progress against one’s former self and against other members’ statistics as a members-only challenge to improve oneself. I can testify that this program works, I optimized my cardiovascular health and fitness by reducing my 1.00 mile running time from 11:00 minutes to 8:00 minutes, reduced my weight from 245 pounds to 190 pounds.

We accept new members for a very cheap price of $50.00 at registration and then $20.00 every month, 10% of the proceeds go to charity.
