Joyce Temigunga is an experienced basketball player. In the 1990’s, she played basketball in the Tanzanian Women’s National Basketball League. She was a member of the Dar-es-salaam-based Vijana Queens team that won a few Tanzanian women’s national basketball championships in the 1990’s. Currently, she keeps herself healthy and fit by working out regularly at a gym.
