Today, like every weekday, we are going to do a 1.0 mile run outdoors at a park to beat our own individual best times as a part of enhancing our cardiovascular health and fitness. If you are not a member of Rwabutaza Health and Fitness Club yet, we would like to welcome you, we strongly encourage you to come and join us.
